Welcome to Aloka Sports Academy. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our facility, our website, and our online membership and booking system. By registering an account, booking a court, or participating in any activities at our facility, you agree to be bound by these rules and policies. Please read them carefully.
1.1 Acceptance of Terms: By checking “I agree to the Terms & Conditions” during registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
1.2 Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
2.1 Booking Confirmations: All court and slot bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed upon successful receipt of payment.
2.2 Pricing: Prices for slots, coaching, and memberships are subject to change. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of checkout.
2.3 Payment Gateway: We use third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay) to process transactions. We do not store your credit card or financial details on our servers. Convenience fees charged by the gateway are non-refundable.
3.1 Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your booking through your user dashboard. Cancellations made at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled slot start time are eligible for a refund.
3.2 Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 4 hours of the slot time, or failure to arrive (no-shows), will forfeit the entire booking fee.
3.3 Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment. Please allow a standard processing time (usually 5-7 business days) for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
3.4 Facility Initiated Cancellations: In the rare event that Aloka Sports Academy must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, maintenance, power failure), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
4.1 Attire and Equipment: Proper sportswear and non-marking athletic shoes are strictly mandatory on all courts. Failure to wear proper footwear will result in denial of entry to the courts without a refund.
4.2 On-Time Arrival: Players are advised to arrive 10 minutes prior to their booked slot. Your slot time will not be extended if you arrive late.
4.3 Behavior: Aggressive behavior, use of foul language, or any form of harassment towards staff or other players will not be tolerated and may result in an immediate ban from the academy.
4.4 Food and Beverage: Outside food and sugary drinks are heavily discouraged on the playing surface. Only water or sports drinks in sealed containers are permitted.
5.1 Physical Risk: You acknowledge that participating in sports involves inherent risks of physical injury. By using our facilities, you voluntarily assume all personal risk.
5.2 Medical Clearance: It is your responsibility to ensure you are medically fit to participate in strenuous physical activity.
5.3 Release of Liability: Aloka Sports Academy, its management, staff, and coaches shall not be held liable for any injuries, medical emergencies, or fatalities occurring on the premises.
5.4 Personal Belongings: The Academy is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Please secure your valuables.
6.1 Aloka Sports Academy reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate the account of any user who violates these Terms and Conditions, misuses the booking system (e.g., using unauthorized scripts or exploiting bugs), or disrupts the facility.
7.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on this page. Your continued use of the platform after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.
