Welcome to Aloka Sports Academy. By booking a sports court or utilizing our facilities, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms, conditions, and operational rules:
- Eligible Attire: All players must wear appropriate sports attire and non-marking sports shoes on the courts. Entry will be denied without a refund if proper attire is not worn.
- Code of Conduct: Users must maintain discipline and decorum. Aloka Sports Academy reserves the absolute right to cancel any booking immediately and evict customers from the premises in case of misbehavior, vandalism, or violation of academy rules. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
- Liability: Players use the facilities at their own risk. The academy is not responsible for any personal injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings on the premises.
Privacy Policy
Aloka Sports Academy is committed to protecting your personal privacy online.
- Data Collection: We collect essential user details including name, contact number, email address, and booking preferences to facilitate court reservations and securely process transactions via our payment partner, Razorpay.
- Data Security: Your payment details are processed securely through Razorpay’s encrypted payment gateway. We do not store credit/debit card numbers or net banking credentials on our website servers.
- Data Sharing: We do not sell or lease your personal information to third parties. Data is only shared with regulatory authorities or service partners when strictly necessary to process your transactions and maintain account security.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Please review our rules regarding slot cancellations, rescheduling, and payment reversals:
- Bulk Bookings: Cancellations are strictly not allowed for any bulk court bookings. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances for bulk reservations.
- Individual Bookings: Cancellations are permitted only if requested more than 4 hours before the booked slot time. Approved individual cancellations will receive a 50% refund of the booking amount. Convenience charges, gateway processing fees, and taxes are strictly non-refundable.
- Rescheduling Window: Court rescheduling is allowed up to 4 hours prior to your scheduled booking time slot. Rescheduling requests made within 4 hours of the slot will not be entertained.
- Rescheduling Charges: If you reschedule to a slot with the exact same cost, no additional fees apply. If the newly selected slot has a higher tariff than your original booking, you must pay the price difference. If the new slot has a lower tariff, the difference amount is non-refundable.
- Academy Cancellations: Aloka Sports Academy reserves the right to cancel bookings due to technical faults, maintenance issues, weather, or internal operational constraints. In such events, customers will be eligible for a 100% refund of the booking amount.
- Refund Timeline: All approved refunds are processed automatically through our payment gateway provider, Razorpay. The standard timeline for the funds to reflect back into your original payment source (UPI, Card, or Bank Account) is 5 to 7 working days.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Physical Goods: Aloka Sports Academy provides sports court booking services. We do not sell or ship any physical products or tangible goods; therefore, physical shipping and logistics delivery timelines are not applicable to our business model.
Digital Service Delivery: Delivery of our services is entirely digital and instantaneous. Upon successful payment clearance via Razorpay, a digital booking confirmation receipt and slot details are automatically generated and delivered immediately to the customer’s registered email address and mobile number. No shipping fees or physical handling charges are levied.

Pricing Information
Service Pricing: The exact pricing for court bookings is dynamic and displayed in real-time on our booking selection page. Prices vary based on the time slot, day of the week (weekday vs. weekend), and court type selected.
Payment Currency: All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
Hidden Costs: There are no hidden costs. The final amount displayed at the checkout includes all applicable court fees and taxes.
